Here in Taiwan, we care about soup; a successful combination should always include a delicacy soup; this is particularly important in Noodle business.

This is a tradition Taiwanese style noodle restaurant, and its soup is a master piece here in this small town, it extracts the essence of pork without making it too grease..

Milk fish shop on the intersection

I don’t know what others feel, but I think the chef must put some opium in his cuisines, I couldn’t help to visit this shop at least once a week to alleviate my addiction for his food.

 I don’t recommend children under age 6 or people who are afraid of sun shine to visit this place. This is a place where you should exercise your body and free you mind.
