This is a tradition Taiwanese style noodle restaurant, and its soup is a master piece here in this small town, it extracts the essence of pork without making it too grease..
The noodle is in perfect condition, not too hard nor too weak.

It’s very easy for a baseball fan here in Taiwan to associate this restaurant to Brother Elephant, which is a very popular team in Taiwan Major League.

Recently, team of Brother Elephant is surrounded by fixed game scandal; this kind of Black Sox scandals happen here in Taiwan again and again, I don’t want to be too harsh on players because I know many people involved in baseball gambling here in Taiwan, I think this is a system failure and it’s hard to blame at any individual; however, there are some players did lead a lavish life style and attend parties that they shouldn’t go to. Their behaviors were basically free will, and I don’t think mafia and government can’t be an excuse for what they had done to their fan.
If you ever seen the movie, Field of Dreams, casts by Kevin Costner describing a man’s dream for baseball, you will know that there are people who love this game as much as their life, just like the passionate the restaurant owner shows here.
I hope enthusiasts of this sport will never have to suffer this kind of pain again.

黒い霧事件みたいな八百長事件はここ台湾で何度も繰り返します。私はプレーヤーにあまりきつくしたくありません、なぜなら、この問題は社会問題と思います。システムの故障で個人に非難するのは不公平と思います。しかし、一部のプレーヤーは贅沢なライフスタイルを導いて、そして、主動的で八百長をしました。彼らはファンに言い訳でありえないと思います。
